Palliser Sales Ltd is one of North America AGCO dealers. Representing exceptional brands, including JCB, Fendt, RoGator, Massey Ferguson, and Kubota. We have grown to three dealerships and have been in AGCO North America’s 5 star dealer group.
We are looking for a parts advisor for our fast-paced parts department. You will experience working with walk-in customers and phone inquires, trouble shooting parts issues on a large variety of agriculture equipment, issuing purchase orders, managing inventory levels, and selling retail products. You will need basic to above basic computer skills to work with inventory and suppliers’ software systems. During peak season (April – Oct) there are shifts for Saturday mornings.
- 1-3 years of Ag parts experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills through telephone and email, responding in a timely manner
- Ability to work with computer software systems and web-based parts catalogues
- Working front and back counter as necessary, depending on traffic of business
- Ability to multitask and handle the timeliness of customer needs
- Physically able to lift 40+ pounds
- Inventory counts as needed
- Proven work ethic and ability to work with a team
- Forklift experience
