As Project Manager, you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects are properly completed. This existing opening has some flexibility for office location (Burlington, Brampton, Mississauga).

The position of Project Manager comes with a competitive salary and incentive reward structure. A company vehicle and cellphone are provided.

We have an in-house centralized Estimating Team to prepare your estimates using your scoping package from the field and administrative support provided by Project Coordinators. High volume/sales teams include shared Construction Managers to assist in delivering best in-class service to our rebuild clients.

The Project Manager responds rapidly and efficiently to residential and commercial insurance losses across the west GTA (Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Halton/Hamilton, Brantford/Woodstock). This position is a leader within the organization and is accountable for the achievement of sales, performance and customer experience goals.

 

This Position is Responsible For:

  • Meeting sales and performance goals
  • Completing and accurate sketch and scope packages
  • Equipping and effectively utilizing Project Coordinators and Construction Managers
  • Generating project budgets and ensuring sufficient margin
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key industry partners
  • Understanding all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance
  • Maintaining current and accurate files in job management applications
  • Effectively communicating with homeowners and adjusters
  • Delivering a high standard of customer experience through quality work and high Net Promoter Scores (NS)

 

What you bring:

  • Experience in Property Damage Restoration (handling insurance-related water and fire losses)
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer focused
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and clear criminal background check
  • Sales experience is an asset
