Roles & Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll, GST/PST remittances, and T4 slips.
- Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end accounting tasks.
- Prepare customer invoices and coordinate shipping documentation.
- Support customs documentation, office administration, and production teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Experience with Sage 50 Pro, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and BC sales taxes.
- Experience with payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Able to read and work with both metric and imperial measurements is considered an asset.
